Impact House was established as a Satellite home of the uMephi project in January 2002.
uMephi takes care of the child in need – abused, neglected, abandoned, orphaned, HIV infected and affected and children with special needs. All the children in our care have been placed there by court order through the welfare system.
The house is owned by the AFM of South Africa in Edenvale (Impact Congregation). We rely heavily on the community’s assistance to care for our children, and as a result are constantly in dire need of support from individuals as well as corporates for funding and assistance.
